This was a very good experience for me as a first buyer. Fanny Han is very Profesional. Kept me in the loop all the time. From where they assembled my laser custom acourding to my likes all the way to where they tested and packed it for Shipping. There was not one time I waited for more that 2 min for a response from her. I will definitely do business with her again. She even worked out the shipment price for me and it was door to door.
